1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to your scheduled pick-up.

• • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the rental start date.

• • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up may be subject to a fee of 20% of the total rental cost.

• • No-show without notice is non-refundable.

2. Modifications to Your Booking

If you need to change the dates, vehicle type, or pick-up/drop-off locations:

• • Modifications are free of charge, subject to vehicle availability.

• • New prices may apply based on the updated rental period or vehicle class.

3. Early Return Policy

• • If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed return date, no refund is granted for the unused rental days.

• • Exceptions may be made at our discretion depending on circumstances.

4. Refund Processing

• • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• • If you paid in cash, a bank transfer or in-person refund will be arranged.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• • Damage caused by negligence or violation of rental terms.

• • Returning the car with missing fuel, documents, or equipment.

• • No-show at pick-up time without prior notice.
